What shall your end be? Part 2

What shall your end be? What have you been doing? What have you been saying? Are you walking the broad or the narrow road?

“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” St. Matthew 7:13,14

Jezebel is an example of someone who was full of darkness. She was characterized with a manipulating, controlling spirit and was determined to destroy the prophets of God.

What shall your end be? Part 1

Have you taken the time recently to look at your life, the way that you are living and determine according to what you know and see what your end will be?

You may say “Well, none of us really know what the future holds so how then can we know what our end will be? The truth is God has paved the way for us to determine just how our end will be. He did this when He sent His son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins.

What shall your end be? Final

Do you know that the decisions that you make today can determine your destination tomorrow? What shall your end be? In Jeremiah 29:11 it states “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

God’s plan for you is that you prosper, be in health, even as your soul prospers and live in His peace. His desire is to give you a glorious end.

You may have messed up big time but God is merciful and long suffering and it is not His will that any of us perish. He wants us to have eternal life with Him.

This I believe

I believe that we all have a basic desire to be known. Did you know that when a child cries he automatically searches for his mother's eyes to comfort him? When the mother responds to his pleading look with her own sympathetic gaze, their brain waves actually syncronize? That's amazing!
